How to Direct Your Most Powerful Creative Tool, Part 2

Quantum physics, circadian rhythm

Quantum physics suggests you are connected to everything.

Why not put this simple concept to work for you?

With this in mind, focus your attention on one item from your to-do-list that you feel motivated to act upon.  Taking this one action can shift all your connections and create momentum.  It moves everything!  A single action can create enough movement so that some of your tasks take care of themselves without further attention from you.  That outcome is one of my favorites!

I tried this technique for myself.  In checking my list, I found I was intuitively drawn to going to bed earlier for better rest.

I recall my mind telling me that this idea was silly, and I would get less done. However, I moved forward with my plan to be in bed by 10PM nightly for a month.  After only twelve days, I noticed becoming clearer headed, not snacking mindlessly and feeling more energy and productivity.

I slept more soundly and fell asleep easily. To my surprise when I checked my list of at the end of the month, many of the items on it had been addressed, some even resolved without my attention.

You may have to rattle your beliefs a bit to get your head around this, but focusing your attention on shifting one area can and will change everything.  What’s important is to keep things moving.  This gives overwhelm a kick in the pants!

Here’s to a simpler, happy life!
