January 2026 Standing in Your Truth

This month is a strong precursor of what’s to come.  Everything you’re holding onto that doesn’t support/match your future will need to leave.  It’s not rocket science; it’s simple physics.  Any pain or trauma attached these beliefs, habits and programs are being given a directive to find a new home.  As any attached pain releases, you may experience feelings of loss, anxiety or uncertainty.  Be clear these will pass as you step into a year of new beginnings.  Check in with yourself regularly to see how you’re doing.  Try putting you hand over your heart to let your body know you’re with it.

Keep an eye on where you’re going and what you want to create.  Beware the distraction of conflict and fear, and if you fall into it, know you will pull yourself back in good time.  Recognize negative thoughts and chatter in your head as more distraction, and stay aware of anything not aligned with where you’re going.

Be diligent about negative mainstream narratives, and focus on what’s happening locally in your community that’s moving you forward.  Communication, collaboration and cooperation are where you’re headed.  If something’s not nourishing you, don’t feed it with your attention. Instead feed your sense of adventure, freedom and creativity.

The fuel for new creative physical manifestation involves opening to thoughts/ideas you’re drawn to and acting upon them.  Nothing will happen without action.  It’s time to just “do it”!  Don’t waste your time/attention on anything else, including worrying.
